•Agent Human acts as a data controller with respect to account, billing, contractual and operational data.
•Agent Human acts as a data processor with respect to Customer Content processed on behalf of customers through the Services.
•Customers remain responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing Customer Content.

6. Live Audio and Video Processing

Audio and video streams are processed in real time solely to deliver the Services.

By default:

•Live audio and video streams are not stored
•Streams are not used for identification purposes
•Streams are not sold or used for advertising

Limited retention may occur where necessary for debugging, security, compliance or where enabled by the customer.

7. AI Training

Customer Content is not used for AI model training unless explicitly agreed in writing with the customer.

8. Biometric and Sensitive Data

While the Services may process voice and facial imagery to generate AI-rendered video output:

•Agent Human does not use biometric data for identification
•Agent Human does not create biometric identifiers or templates
•Agent Human does not sell biometric data

Processing occurs solely to provide the Services.

9. Automated Processing

The Services use automated systems to generate AI outputs. These processes do not produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

11. International Data Transfers

Personal data may be processed globally. Where required, Agent Human relies on lawful transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal data:

•For the duration of an active account
•As necessary to fulfill contractual obligations
•As required by applicable law

Upon account termination, data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

Agent Human implements reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
